Privacy notice

CamperRoster processes information on behalf of the camp whose registration link you use. That information can include household contact details, camper details, medical and allergy information, insurance documents, signatures, payment records, and staff applications.

How information is used

The camp uses the information to manage registration, paperwork, payments, cabin placement, check-in, health preparation, and communications. CamperRoster uses it only to provide and secure those functions.

Storage and access

Each camp has its own tenant. Staff access is assigned by role. Uploaded documents are kept in private storage and are not published as public URLs. Payment card details are entered on Stripe Checkout and are not stored by CamperRoster.

Your choices

Contact the camp that sent your registration link to correct a record, request a copy, or ask about retention and deletion. The camp controls those operational records and its legal retention duties.

Medical emergencies: CamperRoster is a recordkeeping tool, not an emergency service. Contact the camp or emergency services directly when urgent help is needed.
