Use CamperRoster only for a camp you are authorized to administer or for a registration, application, or payment you are authorized to submit.

Camp responsibilities

Camps are responsible for publishing accurate sessions, prices, forms, waivers, staff roles, and contact information; reviewing medical and compliance records; and following the laws and policies that apply to their programs.

Family and applicant responsibilities

Submit accurate, current information. A submitted registration records your request; acceptance, placement, refunds, and participation remain subject to the camp's own policies.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. The checkout screen shows the amount before a payment is authorized. Refund decisions are made by the camp under its published policy.

Availability and safety

Do not use CamperRoster as a substitute for emergency communication, clinical judgment, or required paper backups. Report incorrect access or records to the camp immediately.
